DALLAS (July 20, 2023) – Dallas-based Hospitio Consulting & Services today announced the appointment of airline industry veteran Sotos Roumaniotis to Hospitio’s global travel consulting team.
"Soto’s extensive experience in all aspects of airline operations and customer service makes him an invaluable resource for our Hospitio airline clients, and we’re delighted to welcome him to our team,” said Brad Beakley, Hospitio CEO.
Roumaniotis comes to his new role with more than 25 years’ experience enhancing operational efficiency and excellence within airline organizations. He served as station manager for US Airways and Northwest Airlines in Hartford, Kansas City and Ottawa, Canada. He was senior manager of Customer Service and director of Planning and Administration at US Airways in Philadelphia, where he also served as a senior manager of Catering for the airline.
A nine-year veteran of Sabre Airline Solutions, Roumaniotis led consulting teams engaged in implementation of Passenger Service System (PSS) migrations; and designed and implemented innovative business processes, organizational structures, and operational methodologies.
Most recently, he was Performance Excellence Manager at GAT Airline Ground Support, based in Philadelphia, where he managed new and existing service locations and drove continuous improvement efforts.
