Hospitio Adds More Experience to Commercial Services Team

DALLAS - Mar. 8, 2021 -- Hospitio Consulting & Services is growing again, announcing today the appointments of four new senior team members to its Commercial Services practice that will help guide the commercial strategies of Hospitio’s travel and transportation clients.
Hospitio’s commercial practice focuses on helping companies drive revenue growth through improved revenue management, pricing strategies, inventory optimization, eCommerce, sales development and more.

The Commercial Service practice is just one of many offered by Dallas-based Hospitio, which was established in 2018 to offer consulting services in aviation, ground transportation, hospitality, cargo and logistics, tour and cruise, and travel technology.
Joining the Hospitio Commercial Services team are:
Rob Lamka, Senior Consultant, comes to Hospitio with 30 years of airline pricing experience, focused on pricing strategy, rules coding, and fares process management. He has expertise in negotiating and maintaining pro-rate agreements, setting up fare rules for codeshare, domestic and international pricing, and working with IT teams to establish online booking technology for customers.
Rob is highly effective in working with businesses to achieve common goals and improve overall revenue, helping Hospitio’s clients enhance their pricing strategies and processes.
Latika Laul, Senior Consultant, has extensive experience delivering enterprise-wide strategies to enable technology solutions that streamline call center operations, deliver more customer self-service functions, and enhanced revenue management capabilities.
Latika has a passion for service optimization, operational excellence and commercial strategies that deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive financial results.
Beth Nichols, Senior Consultant, is an experienced digital marketing leader in the travel, hospitality and healthcare industries.
Passionate about providing meaningful customer experiences that increase customer engagement, she develops cross-channel digital strategy and data-driven marketing campaigns that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Beth also has extensive experience in airline distribution and reservations to round out her commercial experience.
Javier Pezzino, Regional Sales, Latin America is a senior travel industry professional with experience across multiple disciplines at global airline and travel technology companies.
Javier has deep experience working with multicultural teams across different regions to achieve mutual business objectives. Expertise with international legal regulations needed to close contracts successfully in the region.
Pezzino will be based in Santiago, Chile to grow Hospitio’s presence in the Latin America region and will partner with customers to select and implement the right technology and processes in the operations, distribution, and commercial spaces.
